An apartment for rent is on the second floor of the house and it has a large terrace. Also, a bedroom for rent on the ground floor of the house. This beautiful and colonial house was constructed in 1924 and it is located in one of the quietest area of Havana. The owners don't offer the direction of the house to avoid people without reservation bother the guests. They are very jealous with the privacity of their guests.
Robert, the owner, in case that cannot offer any rooms, if you want he will get an independent bedroom (private bathroom, air conditioning, hot and cold water 24 hours a day), in his neighborhood and according to your wishes. The prices can vary from 25, 23, 20 and to 15 USD (for long stay), for night.

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.
