DESCRIPTION

A modern, quiet an luxurious apartment for rent and an attic in the eight floor building. This building has two elevators and one of them connects to the garage (the garage service is included in the price of the rent). A complete apartment for rent, without any extra guests. The owner sleeps on the other rooms, just in case you need some help or service.
 

Price:

Hight Season: 40 USD/night

Low Season: 35 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

Two double rooms with air conditioning, bathrooms with hot and cold water 24 hours a day,  an equipped kitchen with frezzer, a licuizer, a coffepot,  a gas cooker, an oven, Internet connection service.
Gastronomy Service -the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
Service of daily cleaning and wardrobe change and linen every three days or more and based on the client's demands.
