It is a modern construction whit two plants and  2 terraces where you can take sun or to have a view of the City. The house have a receiver, balcony with ornamental plants, 2 acclimatized rooms, shared bathroom,  equipped kitchen .

Hight Season: 35 USD/night

Low Season: 30 USD/night

The price is for Room , not for person.

Cubans are allowed.
