DESCRIPTION

A completely independent apartment for rent in Viñales, in Pinar del Río. Gemma' village is a modern house and completely indepedent and not shared with anybody. For this reason you can enjoy the maximum comfort and privacy.
The keys will be given to you so that you can go out and enter to the house when you wish.
Besides, the rent of the house, there is a room for rent completely independent of the rest of the house. It has a bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace. Three rooms with capacity up to 9 people will be at your disposal.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

A large kitchen, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven for exclusive use of the guests, rooms very well illuminated, a porch, where you can relax, sit and have a delicious Cuban mojitos, a secured zone, where you can park your car.
Gastronomy Service: the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.

LOCATION

The house is located in the residential ''Colchonería" neighborhood. It is only five minutes from main street and near banks, restaurants, bar, shops, and Viazul Bus Terminal. This area is very quiet with a little traffic and anything without environment noise in the surroundings, so that is an excellent zone for relaxing and entertainment.
