A completely apartment for rent, with exclusive entrance for the guests. An independent house with two floors and with two rooms in each floor. It is possible add a single bed for a minor in each room. (5 extra USD).

Price:

Hight Season: 30 USD/night

Low Season: 25 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

Two rooms in each floor (4 rooms), each room with a private, TV, a safe, private telephone for each guest, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large and secured garage.
Gastronomy Service: breakfast and dinners. The prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
