The owner speaks English, Italian and Portuguese.

Hight Season: 30 USD/night

Low Season: 25 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

Air conditioning, private bathrooms with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, an equipped kitchen, an available parking lot, a refrigerator in the room, and private entrance to the room.
Gastronomy Service: The owners offer breakfasts and dinners. The prices are agreed in the house according to the menu and at the arrival of the guests.
