DESCRIPTION

Two rooms for rent with bathrooms upstairs of a house. Private rooms, with bathrooms, exclusive for you, and not shared by anybody, for your total privacy. The owner lives downstairs.
Elisa's house is very near Calixto García, the most importants square of Holguín.
The rooms are upstairs of a new construction. The house has a terrace with climbing plants and balconies with panoramic views of the city.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

Two double rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning. The rooms are illuminated and have windows. Bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, 110/220V, a refrigerator in each room, stereo and TV, a room with two beds: a matrimonial and a single bed, and the other room with a matrimonial bed.
Gastronomy Service: the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
