DESCRIPTION

We offer an independent apartment with an independent entrance, exclusive for you. It is on the second floor of a house. The owners live downstairs.
Besides, we rent a small room with air conditioning downstairs too. There is stairway to go to the second floor. If you are friends or a couple and you wish two rooms, we can offer it to you.
The house has two floors, a garden and a parking lot.

Price:

Hight Season: 30 USD/night

Low Season: 25 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

LOCATION

The house is located only eight 800 meters from Cojímar rocky beach, which was visited by Ernest Hemingway, the North American writer. It is only 10 minutes by car or bus from Old Havana, which was declared World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
It is at a few meters from Villa Panamericana sport center, where you can find restaurants, night clubs, shops, banks and swimming pools.
