Its position can permit to walk and find street that communicate with other area of the city. Only on foot you can access to Havana Malecón for the 23 street or to come to 24 street until 1830, the famous restaurant, which is situated in Havana Malecón.
The house is the finish of 30's. It is an Art Deco style with straight lines and high roofs. It is very cool and very well illuminated due to its big French windows with glass and wood.
Its entrance is independent and permit the access to a covered terrace -4 square meters-, with windows of aluminum of glass and it is decorated with tropical plants and chairs. This terrace is used for many clients for to rest or to read a book, due to its privacy and calmness.
