DESCRIPTION

A comfortable and large room for rent with a private bathroom. This room is a colonial house in a privileged zone of Centro Havana. It is a private room with a bathroom, exclusive for you, and not shared by anybody of the family. You can be use the commons areas freely.
The room is an ideal for the couples due to it has a matrimonial bed and is an completely independent. In this case, if you are single and you wish sleep separately it can be put a single bed in the room.
The house is placed in a quite and secure zone (24 hours a day) due to it is near Museum of Universal Art and Cuban Art Museum, Paseo del Prado, Sevilla hotel, Capitol, Central Park, Spanish Consulate and Havana Malecón.

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

Air conditioning,  a matrimonial bed, a private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, a small hall room for to watch TV, an available and secure garage.
Gastronomy Service: the breakfast are opcionals and the prices are 3 USD (2 EUROS), and is included: fruits, juices of fruits, coffee, milk, bread toasted with butter, marmalade. Lunches and dinners: the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
Laundry and Ironing Service: the prices are agreed at the arrival to the guests.
