DESCRIPTION

A complete independent house with an independent entrance. It house is very near to Irma's apartment as you see in the photo. If you are friends, can be rent two both apartments and you will be neighbors.
This aparment doesn't have a kitchen. Why?
The owerns of the houses pay taxes for theirs licenses, independently they are occupied or not. This taxes are more or less dependending on the category of the rent. This category is given by the Cuban goverment and it is an equivalent to give stars to the hotels. If the apartments have a kitchen, the owners pay more taxes for the license. For this reasom, the taxe to pay is more expensive.
From a practical point of view, the kitchen is not very useful, due to the tourist must buy their food in the market and pay them in USD. On the other hand, Cuban people can access to ''bodegas'', the butchers, the markets, where the pay in national currency (Cuban money).
Since there are a great number of fast food restaurants and cafeterias in the sorrounded of particular houses for rent with economic offers, it would be more convenient, economic and comfortable for you, to eat in particular house where you rent or to taste delicious gastronomic offers in the street, than cooking by yourself.

Price:

Hight Season: 30 USD/night

Low Season: 25 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

A double room, air conditioning, a a hall with chairs and table, private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, a yard in the entrance, a parking lot.
Gastronomy Service: The prices are agreed in the house according to the house.
Laundry Service: Economic prices according to the clothes to wash.
