DESCRIPTION

Two completely independent apartments, with independent entrances in Vedado.
Two apartments side by side, that shared a garden. Each apartment has a double room (its capacity is for two adults and a child younger than 16 years old).
The apartments don't have kitchen. Why?
The owners of the houses pay taxes for their licenses, independently they are occupied or not. The taxes are more or less in depending on the category of the rent. This category is given by Cuban goverment and it is an equivalent to give stars to the hotels. If the apartments have a kitchen, the owners pay more taxes for the license. For this reason, the tax to pay is more expensive.
From a practical point of view, the kitchen is not very useful, due to the tourist must buy their food in the market and pay them in USD. On the other hand, the Cuban people access to the ''bodegas'', the butchers, the markets, where they pay in national currency (Cuban money).
Since there are a great number of fast food restaurants and cafeterias in the sorrounded of particular houses for rent with economic offers, it would be more convenient, economic and comfortable for you, to eat in particular house where you rent or to taste delicious gastronomic offers in the street, than cooking by yourself.

Price:

Hight Season: 30 USD/night

Low Season: 25 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

Private bathroom in each apartment, with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. Apartment 1 with an equipped kitchen. Apartment 2 without kitchen (The owner can offer you gastronomy services). Air conditioning in each room, TV and a refrigerator. The owners offer gastronomy services, if you don't want to cook.
Gastronomy Service: The prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
