DESCRIPTION

A large and comfortable room for rent with a bathroom, exclusive for you, and not shared by anybody, in Center Havana. You can use the common areas freely. It is close to Havana Malecón. A room is in a modern building with elevators and is situated in the heart of Havana and near the Havana Malecón.
Orestes, the owner does anything for the guests to have an unforgettable stay in his house.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

An independent room, exclusive for you, private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, total safety is guaranteed. The keys of the room, wardrobe and the main entrance, will be given to you, two 3/4 beds in the room, the beds can be join to form a king size bed, chairs, color TV, stereo, modern sofas, an equipped kitchen with oven, sandwichs toaster, a liquizer.
Gastronomy Service: the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
You can use the kitchen and to cook your own food, but if you want Orestes, the owner offers an excellent gastronomy service with economic prices.
Cleaning Service every two days, but preferably dialy.
