DESCRIPTION

An independent apartment for rent in Centro Havana. It is only 200 meters from Havana Malecón. The owners rents one or two rooms (with a bathroom between both rooms), and a small hall room with an independent entrance.
The rooms has an independent entrances so it provides a total privacy for the guests. The owner lives in other apartment near this. She can help in any anything that you need, as well as to keep the cleaning and to offer gastronomy service.
The clients access to the exclusive room which presents a staircase that leads to the first apartment. To the right there is an apartment, and to the left there are two rooms whit a private bahtroom between both rooms and a hall.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

Independent entrances for the guests, exclusive for you, a double room with matrimonial bed, besides it is possible to add another single bed if two people decide to sleep separately, a living room with a couch bed, a kitchen, a private bathroom in each room with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, a small yard with laundry rooms, air conditioning, telephone, TV, a refrigerator, a small hall room in the room.
Besides, one or two matrimonial beds for rent with the maximum privacy, with an independent entrances.
Gastronomy Service: the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
