DESCRIPTION

An independent apartment for rent with one or two rooms with independent entrances.
Reyes, the owner has a license, which was given for the Cuban goverment since14 years ago to make this type of business of legal form. When you arrive at the apartment, the keys will be given to you. The apartment can be rented with one or two rooms. The house is, exclusive for you, and not shared by anybody. The entrance is completely independent.
If you wish to rent only one room, you only ask it and you only should pay for one room. Don't worry, you can use the apartment, which is included in the price of the rent of room.

Price:

Hight Season: 35 USD/night

Low Season: 30 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

The indicated price is per room per day.

FACILITIES

A hall room, an equipped kitchen, two rooms, two private bathrooms with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, a large terrace, a garage (for two cars), TV and an available telephone.
Gastronomy Service: Breakfast and dinners. The prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.

LOCATION

The house is located in the residential Nuevo Vedado neighborhood. It is a quiet and secured zone and it has abundant vegetation. It is only 10 meters from José Martí International Airport.
