DESCRIPTION

Two independents apartments for rent.
One of them is on the first floor. It has two rooms, each one with a hall room, private bathroom,a kitchen and a garage for your car. The other apartment is on the second floor. In this apartment there are two rooms, with a bathroom between both rooms, a hall room, a kitchen, a dining room, a terrace and a balcony.
These apartments are rented separately and they are ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

The reception is good. A good Cuban cooking and with economic prices. Four rooms (two on the first floor and two on the second floor), hot and cold water 24 hours a day, each room with air conditioning, a wonderful terrace with tropical ornamental plants.
Gastronomy Service: the prices are agreed in the house according to the menu.
