It is only 100 meters from the sea. It is close the main tourist attractions of the city suchs as: Hicaco commercial center, House of Cuban Music, Artisans Square.
In this house, there are two rooms for rent, each room with a matrimonial bed, a bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a refrigerator and a TV. Both rooms has stereo.

Price:

Hight Season: 30 USD/night

Low Season: 25 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.
