DESCRIPTION

The house has two rooms for rent with and an independent entrance for the tourist. You can access for this independent entrance, for a hall, which is decorated with ornamental plants. If you walk along the hall, you will find three terraces adjacent, which permit the access to the independent rooms. There is a fourth terrace on the roof of the house, where the guests can take the sunshine.
We offer a personal and special service for our guests, and that distinguishes us from the rest of the houses for rent. Our kitchen, for our guests, is one of the best of the houses for rent in Cuba.
In each room you can find a book, which the guests can write your comments, opinions and advices to improve our services.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

Our house is located only 200 meters from the Main Square José Martí Park in the Historical Center of the city, which was declared World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005. In this Historical Center of the city you can find the principal buildings, jewels of Cuban architectural such as: Goverment Building, "Tomás Terry" theater, the Catedral, the Blue Building of House of Culture.
